We operate a full 'no quibble' 28 day return policy. Simply send back the product within four weeks, undamaged and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full sales price to your credit card account (or by the alternative payment method originally used). Return shipping costs are only reimbursed if the product is faulty. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken to cover value of returned items.
All goods are shipped out at our risk, but any damage or loss must be notified within 48 hours by e-mail, fax or telephone. Always sign for deliveries as "UNOPENED". It is very rare that it happens, but if you suspect that something in your package might be broken, do not refuse it. Keep the package and sign for the loss/damage and notify us immediately. We will then forward you instructions about returning the item at our expense, and ship you a replacement or re-imburse your payment if we are out of stock of any item.
