Prices exclude shipping. For shipping charges outside the UK please contact 0845602 5586. Postage & Shipping charges within the UK are:

Orders up to £10  -  £3.95 (3.36)                 Orders £11 to £50   -  £5.95 (5.06)

Orders £51 to £230  -  £ 9.95 (8.47)               Orders £231 to £350 -  £11.95 (10.17)

Orders £351 to £650  -  £15.50 (13.19)        Orders over £650  -  free shipping 

Prices in brackets are ex. VAT @ 17.5%.

All prices on the website are shown ex VAT @17.5% which will be added at the checkout.

We aim to dispatch stock items within two working days of your payment being cleared. Please contact us in advance if you have a deadline by which an order needs to arrive, and we will always do our best to help.

Our standard shipping arrangement is to use a courier service for large/heavy items, or 1st. class Royal Mail within the UK for small/light items. All orders should arrive within 3 -5 working days from dispatching.

Order tracking
If you would like to use rapid courier delivery, please contact us for a quote and we will email you with an order tracking number to track where your order is at any time within the system.


Returns

We operate a full 'no quibble' 28 day return policy. Simply send back the product within four weeks, undamaged and in its original packaging, and we will refund the full sales price to your credit card account (or by the alternative payment method originally used). Return shipping costs are only reimbursed if the product isfound to be faulty. Please ensure adequate insurance is taken to cover value of returned items. After 28 days please refer to the manufacturers warranty that is supplied with your purchase.

All goods are shipped out at our risk, but any damage or loss must be notified within 48 hours by e-mail, fax or telephone. Always sign for deliveries as "UNOPENED". It is very rare that it happens, but if you suspect that something in your package might be broken, do not refuse it. Keep the package and sign for the loss/damage and notify us immediately. We will then forward you instructions about returning the item at our expense, and ship you a replacement or re-imburse your payment if we are out of stock of any item.
